The Seller and Customer are responsible for compliance of the Terms and Conditions.

If any of the parties has caused a loss to the other party, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the offender must take responsibility in accordance with the law of Latvian Republic. All disputes between the Customer and the Seller are resolved by negotiation. The Customer and the Seller are not responsible for breaching the Terms and Conditions in case of force majeure, including state power operations, fires, floods, other natural disasters, war, riots etc
