Client has the right to return goods to the Seller or to exchange them to other items:

• In Latvia – within 14 days from the day he received the order;
• Abroad – within 14 days from the day he received the order;

 

Any activities, associated with returning or exchanging the items, bust be discussed with the Seller in advance, via e-mail or phone.

 

Only brand new and unused items in original packaging and with original tags attached are suitable for returns and exchanges.

 

14 days from receiving the returned items PLANĒTA refunds the money to the client, using the same payment method as was used for purchasing the item.
